Notable Case: Hellenic Congress of Quebec v. Canadian Hellenic Congress, 2020 ONSC 2224

In Hellenic Congress of Quebec v. Canadian Hellenic Congress, 2020 ONSC 2224, we represented a not-for-profit corporation that was the provincial chapter of a national not-for-profit corporation.

In this case, we argued successfully that the by-laws of the national not-for-profit corporation had been improperly changed. It dealt with the improper change of by-laws on matters of quorum, elections and fees, and the remedies therefor.
